Children’s Music Theatre Workshop – 2013 Program! Ages 5 – 13
Week One: July 8th – July 12th
Week Two: July 15th- July 19th
The goal of this summer program is to provide children and teens with training and exposure to all performing arts. Each Music Theatre Troupe member will receive training in music, dance, theatre, yoga, health & fitness, and leadership training. Outdoor, public performances will conclude each week on Fridays. We will perform one musical a week, these will be annouced mid-March.
Program is open to children and teens ages 5 – 13. Children are seperated into age groups:
Beginners: Ages 5-6 Intermediates: Ages 7-8 Advanced: Ages 9-13
Schedule:
1 week or 2 week commitment
Monday- Thursday 9am – 4pm
Friday: 9am -Noon
Optional early drop-off 8:30 am and late pick-up 5pm (Monday- Thursday only)
Registration & Tuition:
Cost per week : $225 per Troupe Member
Enrollment Discounts:
*Early Registration Discount, $195 per week- register before March 30th
*20% off sibling discount each week.

Performance Schedule Information:
Please note our end of the week performances are on each Friday at 4:00pm at the Boston Harbor Community Church. We will also have an optional performance for children on Thursday, July 18th at 6:00pm as part of our Outdoor Summer Concert Series on the Prado.
Sample Weekday Schedule:
9:00 — 9:30am WARM UP! Group Yoga
9:30- 11:30am Age Group Rotations through Dance,, Music,, and Acting Class
11:30 – Noon Lunch (bring your bag lunch)
Noon – 1:00pm Outdoor Guest Performance Hour
1:00- 2:00 pm Theatre Cinema Hour at Boston Harbor Church – *snack provided
2:00 – 4:00 pm Group Workshop on Performance (staging, choreography, music/chorus rehearsals. (Ages 5-6) will be accompanied by our early childhood educator for daily special theatre games workshop
*Daily drop off and pick up is at 9 Hull Street, Boston MA 02113 (located across from Old North Church)
Instructors: All Workshop Instructors are CORI certified. Student / Instructor ratio is 4 or 5 : 1 depending on enrollment. Lead teachers are CPR certified.
