In partnership with SOMA Yoga in the North End, this is one of NEMPAC’s most popular after-school programs! This yoga class is designed to meet the needs of today’s children. The class age range is PERFECT for siblings! The class combines traditional yoga poses with Qi Gong movement exercises, music, art, and healthy lifestyle information.
