In the 10 weeks of the course, students will advance their knowledge of the various stages of music production; MIDI sequencing using software instruments; audio recording and editing; the use of loops, samplers and Logic’s Drummer; most used plug-ing and audio processing softwares; and mixing and mastering techniques using common types of audio effects. The course is open to beginners and intermediate level producers/sound engineers who want to improve their production skills in any style, while learning how to effectively use the most advanced features of Logic Pro X and process audio material to achieve better sounding mixes. In addition to the weekly meetings, the course involve homework, assignments and tasks for an average of 2 hours a week.
