Youth Music Competition

The NEMPAC Youth Music Competition is an opportunity for current NEMPAC Private Music Instruction (PMI) students ages 10 or older (must have been studying on their instrument for at least 2 years) to compete alongside their peers. They will perform in front of a panel of judges, and all competitors will receive written feedback, with the overall winners receiving a certificate, cash prizes and an opportunity to perform at NEMPAC’s annual Fall Soirée in September! Students will perform one selection of their choice (by the recommendation of their NEMPAC instructor).

Judges this year include Sherri Snow, Executive Director of NEMPAC, Josué González, Executive Director of Project Step, and Jose Soto, Berklee Faculty Alumni Piano Faculty Member of NEMPAC.
