“Intro to Opera” is an Adult Lecture Series that takes place at the North End Library (25 Parmenter St, Boston, MA 02113) on Wednesday, February 12th, 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
Have you ever wished you knew more about the world of opera? Ever wondered what an aria is, or what bel canto style sounds like? Join us at the North End Library to learn about the history and highlights of this 400-year-old genre, with a lecture and live performance of some of opera’s most beloved pieces! Great for newbies and seasoned opera-goers alike, this will be the perfect kick-off to the opera productions coming to the North End this Spring!
