CONGRATULATIONS to Julia Morellato, our NEMPAC Class Student of the Month, and Lucy Crocini, our NEMPAC PMI Student of the Month for March!

“Julia began playing clarinet this past September in the Eliot Band Program. She has been a great student in the program by always being prepared at lessons and rehearsals. She asks intelligent questions about her music and instrument to better understand why she is playing and doing something a certain way. Julia has exceeded my expectations through her constant practice and determination to get better. She performed by herself for the first time at the Perform-a-thon with only a couple weeks to prepare. Her performance was spectacular, and she was so excited to share her talents with the community that she got up and played for a second time! I can’t wait to see how much she improves in this last session. —Ms. Amodio
“Lucy has made excellent progress in just her first 10 weeks of piano lessons. She comes to her lessons practicing more than asked of her and always has a great big smile on her face.
