ArtWeek is a community initiative produced by the Boch Center and presented by Highland Street Foundation. A ten-day annual award-winning statewide festival, each spring ArtWeek highlights the wide spectrum of creative organizations and diverse artists and professionals, who are innovators and champions of creativity within all of our communities. This year ArtWeek festival will run from April 26 through May 5th, 2019.

The ArtWeek Team is thrilled with your enthusiasm this year; with nearly 600 events in 125+ towns and communities across the state.

This initiative launched in 2013 and it has featured nearly 1,000 unique events and creative experiences involving more than 900 partners for the past 6 years. In 2017 the Mass Cultural Council and Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism joined this effort and partnered to become Lead Champions in the importance of the region’s creative economy.

NEMPAC believes that we are all musicians and performers, and that arts, culture and creativity have the power to connect and inspire our communities. To be considered and qualify for an ArtWeek event, it must be unique, memorable and inspiring experience. NEMPAC is honored for this recognition.
