Event: Nuestras Raíces: A LatinX Heritage Month Fundraising Virtual Concert for NEMPAC

The North End Music & Performing Arts Center invites you and your family to join us on Sunday, October 4th. at 6 p.m., for a fundraising virtual concert that features LatinX members of the NEMPAC Faculty performing music from Latin America and celebrating these heritages in song.

Performing in this concert are NEMPAC Faculty Artists Jhon Alvarado, classical guitarJosaphat Contreras, tenor; Alexandra Dietrich, mezzo-soprano; and Jose Soto, piano with special guest vocalist, Maria Amalia Quesada Chavarria.

Composers to be featured are the works of Daniel Catán, Walter Ferguson, Walter Flores, Agustín Lara, Fernando Obradors, Juan Ríos Ovalle, Manuel Ponce, Jose Soto, and Heitor Villa-Lobos.

The streaming link for viewing this concert will be made available with the purchase of a ticket. Audience members can also choose to dedicate a personalized message in honor of someone from our performers along with a song for a package combination with their ticketed link:
