McKena Stickney

McKena Stickney is a student at Boston University where she is studying to achieve her Master of Music degree under the instruction of Professor Linda Toote. She completed her Bachelor of Music at the University of Texas at Austin, studying with Professor Marianne Gedigian. She also studied for 2 years at the Eastman School of Music with Professor Bonita Boyd. Throughout her career, she has studied with many esteemed flute professors including John Keeble, Marianne Gedigian, Linda Toote, Donna Shin, Christina Jennings, and John Thorne, Marina Piccinini, and Rebecca Gilbert.

She looks forward to pursuing a career in performing, teaching and flute manufacturing/repair in the Boston, MA area.
