Rei Spitz is an advocate and teacher of body positivity, physical well-being, mental health, and movement therapy. They have a Bachelor’s of Science in performance dance, and have been training many dance styles since they were 3 years old. As an educator, Rei’s core principles are to empower students to rediscover themselves through physical movement, and body positivity. They teach through the lens of dance being a medium for people, of all walks of life, to enjoy and engage with. Rei is ready and excited to join the NEMPAC family and share their enthusiasm with everyone.
