NEMPAC is holding auditions on Thursday, 10/14/10, and Tuesday, 10/19/10, from 7pm to 9pm at the Nazzaro Center, 30 North Bennet Street, in Boston’s North End, for a community theater production to be performed in the Spring at the Improv Asylum on Hanover Street.

All ages 15 to 105 are welcome to participate. Young men or women who can believably portray a male 15-year-old are especially encouraged. No preparation required.

All inquiries should be to the director.

The next play has been tentatively scheduled for an opening date for late March. In the past, these productions have been a huge success with packed a house every night of the run. In case you aren’t aware of Nelson’s past accomplishments producing equity level productions with a cast of completely local talent, the list of plays has included Sabrina Fair, Light Up The Sky, Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, The Sisters Rosensweig, and Operation Redneck (production posters below).

If you are interested in being a part of the production in any way, contact Lauren at 617.359.1430 or email her directly.
