Family Yoga Flow
Age: 18 months - 4 years
This class is not being offered in Fall 2026.
Children and their caregivers will practice mindfulness and movement in this yoga to music class! They’ll work on balance and simple poses, as well as some breathing and meditation in a fun and flowy environment!
* This is a caregiver & me class! Adults are expected to participate and accompany their student at all times.
