Kids Vocal Discovery

NEMPAC’s Kids Vocal Discovery Class is specifically designed for young singers in grades 1 – 3! Young singers will be introduced to the basics of singing in a group setting. They will learn breathing techniques, posture, and all the tools needed to produce a healthy sound. Singers will be introduced to the fundamentals of music that are easily transferable to other instruments, such as notes and rhythms. They will be able to explore different styles of music, from Broadway, to Disney, to pop and folk.

Following this intro course, students will be prepared to sing in choral and private settings.

 

Kids Vocal Discovery

Tuesdays from 3:25 – 4:10 p.m. in the North End or Wednesdays from 4:30 - 5:15pm in Charlestown

Grade: 1 – 3
