3 Week Musical Theatre Troupe (Ages 8-14)

New program alert! The students of this 3-week camp will work towards a final performance of a 45 min long musical entitled, Musical Theater Camp: The Musical! It is a very funny show about life as a pre-teen musical theatre lover, featuring music from your favorite musicals starring kids and teens.
Musical Theater Camp: The Musical!
It’s been a long summer at Camp Curtain Call and the final contest has come down to just a few groups. Follow the competitors as they try to take the title at camp and learn about friendship and teamwork along the way. With songs from your favorite musicals, this heartfelt show will surely have you laughing and singing along with the performers!

Musical Theatre Workshops (Ages 5-9)

Act! Sing! Dance! In this week-long program, students will work on a short production presented at the end of the week! After being cast in our short production, our budding performers will rotate between singing lessons, dance choreography, scene staging, and theatre games! The week will culminate in the production will be presented to family and friends.

Junior Musical Theatre & Dance Workshops (Ages 4-6)
9am - 4pm (Mon - Thur) and 9am - 1pm (Fri)
Age: 4-6
For our youngest movers and actors, the Musical Theatre morning and Creative Dance & Movement afternoon will be just like our school year programs, but condensed into one week! In the morning, students will explore storytelling using their’ voices, bodies and imaginations, while making characters and stories come to life! In the afternoon, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of dance, imagination, and musicality. By using games, props, and rhythm instruments, the class offers creative ways to challenge the dancer both mentally and physically.

Meet the Instruments (Ages 4-6)
August 3 - 7 | 9am - 12:30pm
Age: 4-6
Have you ever wanted to play an instrument? Explore the world of music in our Meet the Instrument program! Each day will focus on a different instrument family with professional specialists through games, songs, crafts, and other activities! Students will have the opportunity to learn from specialists and get to listen to, touch, and interact with the instruments, while also getting group ukulele time each day! Hands on playing experience will be age appropriate and will vary depending on the instrument.

PlayLab: Create, Produce, Perform (Ages 8-12)
August 17 - 21 | 9am - 4pm (Mon - Thur) and 9am - 1pm (Fri)
Age: 8-12
In this week-long program, students will be guided through the process of writing, composing, producing and performing their own short original musical production. Students will be introduced to a whole new world of creative expression! These budding composers, playwrights and performers will get to explore how a play or musical is made, from the page to the stage! With the guidance of professional specialists, they’ll draft scripts, compose songs, create characters, design sound effects, costumes, and more! The week will culminate in a presentation of their work to families.

Broadway Bootcamp JR (Ages 10-14)
August 10th - 14th | 9am - 4pm (Mon - Thur) and 9am - 1pm (Fri)
Age: 10-14
In this week-long program, tweens ages 10–14 will step into the world of musical theatre storytelling inspired by fantasy, folklore, myth, and magic. Students will learn, rehearse, and perform selections of songs, dances, and scenes from imaginative shows such as Wicked, Beetlejuice, and Descendants. Through character-driven work and ensemble collaboration, participants will explore heroic journeys, mythical worlds, and playful twists on classic tales while building their singing, dancing, and acting skills. The week will culminate in a final showcase for family and friends, celebrating creativity, collaboration, and the power of storytelling on stage.
