Yoga to Music

In partnership with SOMA Yoga in the North End and the Charlestown Working Theatre in Charlestown, this is one of NEMPAC’s most popular after-school programs! This yoga class is designed to meet the needs of today’s children. The class age range is PERFECT for siblings! The class combines traditional yoga poses with Qi Gong movement exercises, music, art, and healthy lifestyle information. Yoga provides not only exercise but also a wellness experience that will last a lifetime.

Mondays from 5:15 - 6pm in Charlestown
