North End: Thursdays at 5:25pm
Age: 8-12
Fall Registration opens June 8th!
In this high-energy musical theatre dance class, students ages 8-12 will expand on foundational dance techniques while building the performance skills needed to shine on stage. Dancers will explore introductory ballet technique, upbeat jazz combinations, and beginner tap through choreography inspired by beloved musicals. Throughout the session, students will continue developing rhythm, coordination, flexibility, musicality, stage presence, and confidence while strengthening their understanding of foundational musical theatre dance terminology and technique in a supportive and creative environment. Students must wear clothing that is easy and comfortable to move and dance in (no jeans or skirts).
Ballet and tap shoes are required, jazz shoes are optional. Hair should be pulled back securely in a ponytail or bun for class.
The fall session runs Thursdays, September 17 – November 19, 2026 in the North End
