Urban Wild to Host NEMPAC’s Annual Performathon Fundraising Concert.
The North End Music & Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC) is proud to announce its Annual Performathon, a four-hour fundraising concert supporting NEMPAC’s tuition-assistance and educational programs for students of all ages and abilities.
This year’s Performathon will take place at a new venue, Urban Wild, located in Hood Park in Charlestown. Audiences are invited to enjoy inspiring performances by NEMPAC students and faculty while supporting access to high-quality music and arts education. All proceeds will benefit need-based students through discounted tuition for private lessons, group classes, and summer programs.
Performances will feature NEMPAC artists-in-training currently enrolled in the Center’s private music instruction program, dance and musical theater program, and school partnership collaborative programs, alongside NEMPAC faculty artists. The Performathon highlights the depth, diversity, and impact of NEMPAC’s education programs across disciplines and age groups.
The Performathon is designed to be a true community, fun-filled day for all to enjoy, hosted in a uniquely creative venue this year at Urban Wild. Attendees can make a day of it with multiple food options available on site, as well as nearby neighborhood favorites including Tradesman, Sunny Side, and Lucky Tiger, creating a vibrant atmosphere for families, supporters, and arts lovers alike.
Join us as we keep the beat going for four full hours in celebration of community, creativity, and the transformative power of the arts.
The North End Music and Performing Arts Center enriches Boston’s North End Waterfront and surrounding neighborhoods through the inspirational power of the arts. NEMPAC fosters creativity and elevates social culture in our community through accessible, high-quality programming and education for all.
