On Wednesday, May 18th the NEMPAC Board of Directors and Executive Director hosted a special evening to honor the 10 years of heartfelt dedication and commitment of Margaret Ris to the NEMPAC Board of Directors. Margaret joined the NEMPAC board in 2007 and spent a solid 10 years assisting NEMPAC in building capacity and fulfilling it’s mission in the community to serve youth and adults through quality, accessible music education and performing arts programs. NEMPAC students performed a rendition of the Beatles song “Imagine” which was the highlight of the evening.
