Alvin Valentín

Director, Croft Strings Program

Alvin Valentín is an educator with approximately six years of teaching experience across private, non-profit, and public education settings. Recent teaching experience includes work with Rosie’s House Music Academy and the Chandler Unified School District in Arizona. He earned an undergraduate degree in Music Learning and Teaching from Arizona State University, where he developed a strong foundation in music education and student-centered instruction.

Alvin believes that music is a fundamental part of human expression and plays an essential role in nurturing students’ intellectual, emotional, and social growth. He is deeply committed to the belief that access to meaningful music education is a vital component of a well-rounded education and should be available to all students, as its impact on development transcends background and circumstance.
