Jayson Banton

Native to Kissimmee, Florida, Tenor Jayson Banton is keen on helping his students perform to the best of their abilities, create new skills, and tell stories that are meaningful to them. As a soloist, Jayson has performed roles such as Don Basilio (Le nozze di Figaro), Snout (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), tenor soloist (Carmina Burana), and Mr. Upfold (Albert Herring). Jayson is currently an M.M. in Vocal Pedagogy candidate at Boston Conservatory at Berklee, studying with Dr. Kerry Deal. Jayson is extremely excited to work with NEMPAC and all of his students!
