Senior Project Manager for Mass General Brigham’s Health Careers Training Partnership

Jessica St. Louis brings extensive leadership experience in program and project management across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on expanding educational opportunity and community partnerships. She currently serves as Senior Project Manager for Mass General Brigham’s Health Careers Training Partnership, where she leads initiatives that create pathways for high school students to explore and pursue careers in healthcare through partnerships with hospitals, community organizations, and educational institutions across Boston.

Previously, she led research pathway programs for medical students and junior faculty at Harvard Medical School. Jessica brings a strong foundation in academic medicine and equity-focused education, having co-authored more than 15 publications addressing disparities in healthcare and education. She holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Community Health from Tufts University.
