Martina Gallo

Martina Gallo is a Boston based musician. Beginning with classical piano at the age of nine, Martina developed a passion for jazz, blues, and big band as a teenager, and continues her journey in each of those genres. Martina is currently studying Contemporary Writing and Production at Berklee College of Music, expecting to graduate in the spring of 2025. Locally, and in her hometown of Gloucester MA, Martina plays with Cape Ann Big Band, BrassFed Nation, and The Beantown Swing Orchestra. Martina is a music instructor, including piano and voice, and has directed junior musicals for several of the Gloucester elementary schools. She provides private and small group piano lessons to the students at the O’Maley Innovation Middle school, and accompanies both the O’Maley and Gloucester High School chorus. Martina combines classical piano teaching technique and theory with jazz technique and practice to cater to the students interests and learning styles.
