Morgan Flynn

Morgan Flynn (she/her) is thrilled to be joining the team at NEMPAC! A Boston-based teaching artist and director, Morgan brings a strong background in theatre education and community arts leadership. She most recently served as Director of Education at Greater Boston Stage Company, where she oversaw all Young Company programming, championing the mission that “Good Theatre Makes Good People.” Favorite directing credits include Descendants: The Musical (Greater Boston Stage Company’s Young Company) and Little Women (Needham Community Theatre). Prior to her work at GBSC, Morgan was Director of Customer Service at LINX Camps in Wellesley, blending operations with student and family engagement. She is a proud graduate of Salem State University’s BFA Theatre Performance program and Commonwealth Honors Program.
