Rhaea D’Aliesio

Rhaea D’Aliesio is a passionate believer in the power of the arts to connect and transform. She has taught music for 15 years and has created educational programing for organizations across the country. In addition to teaching at NEMPAC, Rhaea also currently teaches private music lessons at Dexter Southfield, and has taught with many studios and schools, including the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, California Music Studios, and Starline Academy. Rhaea is currently the Chief of Staff at Boston City Singers and has previously held administrative positions with the Longy School of Music, Boston Opera Collaborative, OperaFest at the Sewanee Summer Music Festival, and the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge. An ardent performer, she has sung in operas, recitals, and choral concerts across the country and abroad. She enjoys song repertoire and has premiered several new art songs and cycles. She frequently performs selections in recitals and house concerts, as well as musical theatre, American songbook, and cabaret. Rhaea received her Bachelor of Music degree from Southern Methodist University and Master of Music degree and Teaching Artist Certificate from the Longy School of Music.
