Thomas Kayeung Hung

Development Intern
Thomas Kayeung Hung is a dedicated cellist and music educator pursuing a Graduate Diploma at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston. He holds a Master of Music from Yale School of Music, where he received the Harriet Gibbs Fox Memorial Prize, and graduated with First Class Honours from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
Currently, Thomas is a Development Art Intern at the North End Music & Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC), where he supports fundraising and grant writing initiatives and enhances community accessibility to arts education.
As a performer, he has collaborated with esteemed orchestras, including the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and Opera Hong Kong, and participated in prominent festivals like the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival and the Aspen Music Festival and School fellowship program. His contributions have earned him a collection of distinctions, including commendations from the Secretary for Home Affairs and the Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund Scholarship.
