William Neely

William Neely is the Marketing & Communications at NEMPAC since January 2023.  Prior to working at NEMPAC Will worked for 3 years with Bureau of Substance Addiction Services within the Department of Public Health, starting his tenure there a week before the COVID Lockdown.  He supported leadership throughout the Bureau and helped to develop a marketing and communications model to support the team internally.  Prior to working at DPH, Will ran an independent Marketing and Development Consultancy working with clients such as the North Shore Community Development Coalition, Independent Artists in NYC, and the North Shore Alliance of LGBTQIA+ Youth.  Additionally, since 2015 Will has been the Executive Director of MassOpera, a grass-roots professional opera company based in Boston with a commitment to gender parity in casting and diverse representation of artists and administrators on stage and off, as well as developing new work to support organizational goals of equity, inclusion and accessibility.
