NEMPAC is thrilled to welcome two talented Boston Arts Academy (BAI) summer interns to our team this season: Beck Peterson and Christabell Rustian. Bringing creativity, curiosity, and a passion for the arts, both interns are already making meaningful contributions to our summer programming and community engagement efforts.

Beck Peterson, a graphic design major at Boston Arts Academy, joins NEMPAC with a strong interest in visual storytelling and digital media. This summer, Beck is lending his creative eye to our beloved Jazz in the Park Summer Concert Series, helping to capture and elevate the energy of these performances through design and video editing. In addition to supporting concert promotion, Beck is also contributing to our summer educational programs by creating engaging visual content that reflects the vibrancy of our students and teaching artists. His work plays an important role in how we share our story with the broader community.

Christabell Rustian, a dance major at Boston Arts Academy, is working closely with NEMPAC’s Education Team this summer. With a keen interest in how the arts can connect with diverse audiences, Christabell is conducting research focused on innovative programming and strategies to broaden community engagement. Her work supports our ongoing mission to make high-quality arts education accessible, relevant, and inspiring to all. By exploring new ideas and approaches, Christabell is helping us think creatively about the future of our programs.

We are incredibly grateful to have Beck and Christabell as part of the NEMPAC community this summer. Their fresh perspectives and dedication to their craft embody the spirit of artistic exploration that drives our work. We look forward to seeing how their contributions continue to shape and enhance our programs in the weeks ahead.

Please join us in welcoming Beck and Christabell to NEMPAC!
