Learn about the history and highlights of this 400-year-old art form, with a presentation and live performances of some of opera’s most beloved pieces. Great for those new to opera and seasoned opera-goers alike!  Dr. Pamela Feo, musicologist and NEMPAC Development Manager, will lead attendees through the history of opera from its origins through the Baroque period. Live performances will include works by Handel, Rameau, and Purcell.  No need to register in advance, just join us a little before 11 AM at the Nazzaro Center.
