Stephanie Peters is from Salt Lake City, where she completed an Honors BFA in Acting at the University of Utah. In 2012 she graduated from Emerson College with her Master’s in Theatre Education and theatre teaching license grades PreK-12. In addition to performing lead roles in musical theatre, classical and contemporary theatre, and children’s theatre productions, she has eleven years of experience teaching drama with ages 4-18. She has also taught adult-child enrichment classes for ages 6 months to 3 years, and for the past nine years has worked extensively as a private nanny, caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. In September 2013, Stephanie founded The Playtime Players, Boston’s first theatre for the very young company! Stephanie and her adopted rescue dog will train for therapy dog certification, to volunteer with children in hospitals, libraries, and elementary schools.
